Vivendi ile Activision arasında sağlanan birleşmeden sonra, Vivendi’nin sahip olduğu 5 yeni oyunun dağıtımcılığının Activision tarafından yapılacağı doğrulandı. (Gamespot) Bunlar; Crash Bandicoot, Spyro the Dragon, Ice Age, Prototype ve ismi henüz duyurulmayan bir oyun.

Bunların haricinde Vivendi’nin sahip olduğu ve önümüzdeki dönemde çıkarmayı planladığı Wet, Ghostbusters, Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena, World at Conflict: Soviet Assault, 50 Cent Blood on the Sand, Brutal Legend, Zombie Wranglers, Leisure Suit Larry: Box Office Bust isimli oyunlar da bulunuyor.
